| The purpose of this directory is to give the people of northwest Kansas (and literally around the world) a way of gathering information about our wonderful city and to give Colby business owners the opportunity to use the internet as a viable means of advertising. Both consumers and business owners will benefit from the use of online coupons and special online advertising. There is a fee for having your business listed on the directory (listed below). It is an inexpensive means of advertising and depending on which package you choose, your business could be featured in a number of local advertising campaigns which visitcolby.com will be running. Also available: The creation of a website with your very own domain. Individual domains may sell products online and have as many links as the provider will allow.

| ALL web pages need to be kept updated in order to stay on the directory site. If an existing website is out-dated, it will not be put on the directory until proper updates are made. Once established on the directory, it is the business’ responsibility to inform me of any updates that are needed. I am available to update your existing website. There is a $15 per hour charge. |
| A basic web page (homepage) is one 1024 x 1536 pixels page (approximately 10 x 16 inches). See example above. |
| No personal home page links are allowed on visitcolby.com domains. |
| * Rotating sponsor of Non-Profit and Church directories– “Business of the Week” – Each business with a web site listed on the directory will be put into the rotation to get credit for sponsoring the non-profit organizations or church directories. This is included in your yearly membership fee. For example, the ad above the non-profit directory may read “This directory is sponsored this week by ______________ .” If you have a logo or small picture, it can also be included here. |
| We strongly encourage online coupons. They are easy to print and a great way of bringing traffic to your website. Please consider rotating 3 or 4 different coupons to keep your customers interested. |
| Accounts may be billed quarterly or annually. These prices are guaranteed through 2007. |
| Accounts without the DELUXE package may purchase the "Online Special" option. This option provides a means of using online coupons on a monthly basis. The "Online Special" includes 2 online coupons per month for $15 per month. |
| Please keep in mind - The DELUXE packages will include rotation in our local ad campaigns. This will include radio ads which will feature your business on that particular day. This is a very inexpensive means of advertising for those having DELUXE accounts. |
