Angie Harris

Registered Veterinary Technician

My Name is Angie Harris. I grew up in Colby and graduated from Colby High School in 2000. I received my Bachelor's degree in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2005. I then graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at CCC in 2007. I received my Registered Veterinary Technician license the same year. I have been working for Swartz Vet Hospital since we opened in 2005. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Gracie and Dallie are my Australian Shepherds. They love to play Frisbee, go for walks, and spend time herding my cat, Jack. Jack loves to entertain the dogs (HA!!) trying to catch the ever elusive neighborhood squirrel, and taking naps in the sun. I enjoy any outdoor activity, training dogs, reading, and all aspects of the veterinary profession.
